For hardware & building-material stores.
Billing, stock, khata and profit for a gents shop — stitched shirts and trousers by their real fit, unstitched suit pieces by the gaz. One fast program that works without internet, in English or اردو.
Built for how Gents Garments Plus customers actually sell — not generic retail rows.
A gents shirt is a collar, a trouser is 32×40, a kameez is a chest. Every variant carries its real fit, so “koi 15½ hai?” is answered in one glance — sold-out fits struck through.
Pick Collar, Waist or Chest, give the range, hit Generate — collars come out in half sizes (14, 14½, 15…), trousers as 32×40. One click lays down a row per fit with the colour and prices copied over.
Half a gents shop's money is unstitched cloth. Tag an article Unstitched and it stops asking for sizes: you enter 2.5, 3.5 or 4.5 gaz, type your rate per gaz, and every length prices itself.
“All unstitched −20%” is one dropdown and a number. Every matching article rings up discounted automatically, shown as a SALE chip the cashier can still override per line.
One tap switches the whole counter to shopkeeper Urdu — سیل کاؤنٹر، سٹاک، ادھار، بل. Not book Urdu; the words your staff actually say.
No internet? No problem. Billing, stock and reports all run on your own computer — load-shedding proof.
Scan with any USB scanner, print your own 38×25mm labels per article, and hand over a clean 80mm thermal receipt — the fit and the gaz printed on every line.
Wrong collar, wrong waist — it happens every day. Return and swap in seconds; stock and khata stay straight on both sides.
Udhaar sales with a proper ledger — balances, receipts, advances. Take part payment at the counter and the rest goes to the khata, split correctly, with a printed voucher.
Stock-in by the thaan, supplier ledger and payments, purchase returns — and attach a photo of the supplier's slip so the parchi never goes missing again.
Daily sales, cost of goods, gross and net profit — computed from the actual cost at the time of each sale.
Admin, manager and cashier roles — cashiers never see costs, every sensitive action is logged. Hourly backups with one-click USB copy, and your whole article list imports from Excel, fits and gaz included.
Every other POS assumes a shirt is a size M. A gents shop knows better: the rack is collars and waist × length, and the shelf behind it is thaan — suit pieces sold by the gaz, with no size at all. This one program handles both, and tells them apart on the bill.
Suit pieces only — every colour, every gaz, its stock and its cost in one view
Every image is a real capture from the running software — no mockups.

The way your shop already does. A shirt is a collar (14 to 18, half sizes included), a trouser is a waist × length like 32×40, a kameez or waistcoat is a chest. You pick which one an article uses and generate the whole run in a click. Alpha sizes (S–XXL) are still there for kurtas and tees — the app does not force you into one system.
That is the point. Tag an article Unstitched and it stops asking for sizes: each row is a colour and a length in gaz — 2.5, 3.5, 4.5. Type your rate per gaz and every length prices itself. The bill prints “Wash-n-Wear Suit — Steel Grey (4.5 gaz)”, so a return or an exchange months later is never ambiguous.
Garments Plus is built for boutique retail — men's, women's and kids' wear sized S–XXL, with season tags. Gents Garments Plus is built for a gents shop: collar and waist×length fits instead of alpha sizes, and unstitched suit pieces sold by the gaz, which a boutique does not stock. Same engine, same price, same offline promise — pick the one that matches your counter, and tell us if you are unsure.
Open the bill, return the wrong fit, ring the right one as a normal sale. Stock and the customer's khata stay correct on both sides, and the bill history shows the whole story.
Written by hand in the register a Pakistani shopkeeper actually uses — سیل، سٹاک، بل، ادھار، کھاتہ — with English words kept where everyone keeps them. Your cashier taps اردو once and the counter speaks their language; numbers stay familiar.
Only for a few seconds when you activate your license. Daily use — billing, stock, reports, backups — is 100% offline on your own computer.
No. You pay once and the software is yours. The license is locked to your shop computer.
Your data is backed up automatically on the machine and you can copy backups to USB any time. Contact us and we will move your license to the new computer.
Yes. That blue notice is Microsoft SmartScreen being cautious with software from new publishers — every new Windows app shows it until enough people have installed it. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”, and installation continues normally. The installer you download from this page is exactly the one we built.
